Cinema 4D

In this workshop we were given an introduction to Cinema 4D which i found quite hard as it is new software to me. Our task was to create a logo or name using the programme so it would be 4D.

Lecture; Gentle Ease

In this lecture we looked at pieces of work done on After Effects and also using stop motion. I particularly liked the clips where the animation was shown through drawings. 




We were also shown Sara's blog which was interesting to see and i really enjoyed looking at some of the work she has done.

Self Negotiated Project; Idea Development

Lecture; Helvetica by Gary Hustwit

In this lecture we watched the film Helvetica by Gary Hustwit. It showed interviews with graphic designers and typographers that were involved in the making of the font and also looked at the history of the font and how it was created.
