Regiment-Brian Eno Development

For this song, I began by sketching out a mandala. Once i was happy with my design i went over it in pen and scanned it in to the computer so i could edit it on photoshop. I experimented by adding various colours.

After this i decided as a response to the song i would do an album cover and for this i thought it would be most effective to recreate the mandala i had sketched using shapes in photoshop.

Seminar; Essay Help

In this seminar we split in to different groups depending on the essay we had chosen to do. I had chosen to do the Brand/Anti-Brand one and I found this session really helpful as i was quite stuck on ideas and was really struggling with my essay at first. It was reassuring to hear other people in the same situation but also listening to what other people were doing and their approaches helped me to think of my own ideas and the best ways for me to start.

Photoshop/Illustrator Workshop

In this workshop we learnt how to create sound waves in Illustrator and then work with it in Photoshop, keeping the two programmes linked together.

Non Destructive Portrait

After our introductory photoshop workshop we were set the task of editing a self portrait in a non-destructive way which means editing in separate masked layers so you are able to undo the edits if you want to and get back to the original image.
